Arax S. Rodriguez, Director of Operations

Arax Rodriguez is the Director of Operations at Rodriguez Law, P.L. In this role, Arax manages all aspects of the law firm, including accounting and paralegal work.

Arax is a Florida Realtor and Mental Health Counselor. She received her Florida Realtors license in 2005, right after receiving her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida International University. As a proud member of Chi Sigma Iota, Arax graduated Cum Laude with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2009 also from Florida International University. After working several years in the field, she decided to come work with her husband where she could apply her knowledge of real estate and psychology to his law practice.

Having worked as a mental health counselor, Arax is no stranger to the emotional stress that can come along with major life choices and changes. In fact, her experience with psychology has come in handy in her role as Director of Operations for Rodriguez Law. In today’s volatile economy, many have been faced with foreclosure and the potential for bankruptcy. Even the purchase of a new home or business can be an anxiety-provoking situation.

It’s easy to become stressed and emotional when facing a legal matter. That’s why Arax believes it’s important to be empathetic and help clients feel comfortable, supported, and most of all, understood. We strive to make our firm feel like a safe place for all of our clients—a place where a person isn’t afraid to be open and ask for the help they need.

A big believer in helping those who are less fortunate, including animals, Arax supports many charitable organizations, such as homeless shelters and animal shelters. Another worthy cause for her is the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or JDRF, which supports and researches ways to make the lives of those living with type 1 diabetes more manageable, with the goal of finding a cure.
